We provide a seamless experience by facilitating the transaction between you and the solution provider to secure their services.

No, the marketplace is one of many offerings we provide to help our customers manage their climate risks. We provide pre-built risk mitigation and automation templates to help you manage the risks you understand well. If additional expertise is needed, the marketplace to ensures you can easily access these additional specialized resources.

The marketplace is made up of accredited climate solution providers. As part of our solution provider onboarding process, we assess areas of expertise relative to the various forms of climate risk exposures and mitigation strategies. Solution providers include consulting, engineering, and other organizations with subject matter expertise across climate risk categories and mitigation strategies.

We have a rigorous onboarding process for our solution providers. This includes technical criteria, such as demonstrated expertise in mitigating the physical climate risk channels supported by our platform (i.e., wildfires, heat waves, storms, droughts, precipitation extremes, etc.). It also includes non-technical criteria, including adherence to our values and extensive reference checks.

Yes, you can access the marketplace with any version of the product (Strato, Alto, and Cirro). Some solutions and providers may appear as being unavailable in the Strato tier if they require access to advanced features in the Alto and Cirro tiers such as live data feeds, data connections, and/or automation features.
