What does your product do, exactly?
Our product is designed to do three things:
First, to enable you to identify the range of physical changes your locality is likely to experience due to climate change.
Second, to enable you to assess, prioritize, and compare the risks generated by these changes.
And third, to create, maintain, and execute automated mitigation plans for those risk exposures.
Will your product help me manage my CO2 emissions?
No. We are not an emissions tracking or management tool. We are not a regulatory compliance or reporting tool. We have no plans to include these features in our road map.
However, our team does have deep expertise in this area, and we are happy to provide our thoughts on the many great solutions in the marketplace for managing CO2 emissions.
Why is this different than other climate data products?
We are not a data product. Like you, we’ve seen lots of impressive demos of data products. However, once we log in to these tools, we are often left wondering - what exactly am I supposed to do with all this information?
We are not a data repository. We are a climate risk management and automation platform. We present you with the information you need to manage and improve the climate resilience of your community.
Can the product be used by private entities?
We are a mission driven non-profit, and our aim is to provide universal tools to those who will be disproportionately impacted by climate change. As such, we are specifically focused on supporting communities, their leaders, and their constituents.
Our licensing agreement prevents our product from being used by for-profit entities. Please contact us if you have questions.
Which version of the product is right for me?
We suggest you start with Strato (the free version!). We designed Strato to help you understand your risk exposures without any up front cost. Based on this, you can determine if our premium tier features are worth the cost.
For moderate risks that do not require complex response plans, we provide our Alto offering. For higher risk or complex exposures, we provide additional automation capabilities with our Cirro offering.
When will the product be available?
When it’s ready. We will not launch the product until we have done sufficient design work, prototyping, testing, consulting, and everything else that goes into launching a successful product. We will keep you updated on our blog, and we’re always happy to transparently update you on our status.
